County office petitions due

Petitions for county offices must be filed in the Hamlin County Auditor’s office at the courthouse in Hayti by 5 p.m. Positions up for election are treasurer, coroner, states attorney and commissioner seats in districts 2 and 3. The election will be held June 4.
