“Fishing for Miracles” tournament

The 6th annual Children’s Miracle Network all-night ice fishing tournament will be held at Lake Poinsett Jan. 17-18, staring at 3 p.m. on Friday and running through 3 p.m. on Saturday. Weigh-in will be Saturday from 10-4 at Lake Region Golf Course, Lake Poinsett. Entry is $20 and tickets are available at Siouxland Grocery and Casino, Lake Poinsett; and Proud Angler, S.D. Trailer Co. and KWAT, Watertown. A $250 cash prize will be given for the largest walleye, perch and northern.
