Wish tags for the Caring Tree may be picked up at Citizens State Bank. Cash donations may be dropped off at Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership or Health/WIC offices in the Hamlin County Courthouse at Hayti or mailed to ICAP, PO Box 237, Hayti, SD 57241.
