Black Hills Sheroes

The community is invited to a free program telling the stories of three African American pioneer women who opened Dakota Territory during and after the gold rush days. Joyce Jefferson sings and tells the stories in period attire. The program will be held at 7 p.m. in the Community Center and is sponsored by the Castlewood Historical Society and S.D. Arts Council.
