Winter Games at Lake Poinsett

The KWAT Pounders ice fishing tournament will kick off the Governor’s Winter Games at 10 a.m. Friday. Saturday is Family Day with several events and a free chili and hot dog feed. Siouxland is planning a poker run for Saturday starting at noon and the Poinsett Pounder’s Snowmobile Club poker run is the highlight for Sunday, starting at 11 a.m. For more information on the Winter Games, check out the event Facebook page.
